What we collect

• Account info. Email, name, company. Provided when you sign up.
• Ticket content. Tickets you paste or compile from connected trackers.
• Work packs. The Markdown packs Motiocomp generates from your tickets.
• Usage. Page views, feature usage, browser metadata, IP. To run the service and improve it.
• Billing. Stripe handles cards. We store the last four digits and billing email.

How we use it

• Run the service: compile tickets, generate packs, verify AI output.
• Bill you correctly.
• Improve product quality (aggregate analytics, never raw ticket content).
• Respond to support requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data. Ever.
• We do not train AI models on your content. Your tickets and packs stay yours.
• We do not share data with advertisers.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of trusted third parties to operate Motiocomp: cloud hosting, transactional email, payments, error monitoring, AI model providers (under data-processing agreements). The current list is available on request.

How long we keep data

As long as your workspace exists. When you delete the workspace, content is removed within 30 days. Backups are rotated within 90 days.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest. Scoped credentials. Least-privilege access for staff. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data any time. Email privacy@motionode.com. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA which we honor.

Children

Motiocomp is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
