How do I cancel my plan?

From the billing page in the app. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans run to the end of the year.

Can I export my work packs?

Yes. Every work pack is a structured Markdown file. Use the Copy structured Markdown button on any pack, or download the bundle from the workspace settings.

Can I delete my workspace?

Yes. From workspace settings, choose Delete workspace. All tickets, packs, and verdicts are removed within 30 days.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@motionode.com with steps to reproduce. A screenshot or the ticket text helps a lot.

Do you have a status page?

Yes. status.motiocomp.com shows uptime and incident history.
