This is a plain-language summary. The binding terms are the legal version sent in your subscription agreement. For larger teams, ask us for the full agreement.
Motiocomp is a web app operated by Motionode, Inc. ("Motionode", "we", "us"). It compiles tickets into Markdown work packs and verifies AI output against those packs.
You are responsible for the activity in your account. Keep your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
Do not abuse the service. That means:
You keep ownership of the tickets you paste and the work packs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them so we can run the service for you.
We do not train models on your content.
AI-generated content can be wrong. Treat work packs as drafts. Review them. Verify the output the AI agent produces. Motiocomp is a tool, not a substitute for engineering judgment.
Free trials run for 14 days, no credit card. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time. Refunds are at our discretion.
You can delete your workspace any time. We can suspend an account for serious abuse, illegal use, or failure to pay.
The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running well, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be sent by email or shown in the app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
